All of our shipping prices only include shipping costs to get the item to your location/country - if you are located in a country other than the US, you are responsible for any customs/duties imposed by your country - thanks!
Please Note: We cannot ship to PO Boxes because we ship via UPS so please enter your shipping address accordingly.
Please Note: Our website and PayPal require that we ship to the address shown on your order/payment, otherwise we both forfeit all transaction protection - so please make sure that the address shown on your order is correct.
Refund Policies:
We are unable to accept returns or full refunds on customized products due to the extremely low resale capabilities. However, we want to make sure every customer is perfectly satisfied with their order! If you have any issue, large or small, please email us and we will figure out how to fix it!
Please note: We are not responsible for customer typos - we will copy and paste the exact wording you provide us and send you a proof for approval before we start production - please confirm that the proof is 100% correct before approving. Thanks!
Our Graphics Department makes every effort to portray the color of an item as accurately as possible on our site. However, the color of an item may appear differently according to the settings on your monitor. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee the accuracy of the color displayed on your monitor. Thank you!
FAQ:
How long will my products take to ship?
After you place your order (and approve the artwork emailed to you), please allowed up to 7 business days for your order to be completed. We ship mainly UPS ground, which takes 1-5 days depending on your location. (US customers)
Do you ship internationally?
We ship internationally to all countries, but shipping rates vary depending on the product you order and your location. Please email us to receive an international shipping quote.
Do you sell products in other quantities?
The quantities listed on our site reflect our most popular amounts for each item. For larger or smaller quantities, please email us and we can send you a quote. Large bulk quantities can be given a discounted price.
How do I customize my order?
At checkout, please leave any customization info such as, names, date, design choice, ink color, etc. in the "special instructions" box. After your order is placed you will be emailed a design proof within 1 business day to ensure the design and information are correct. We will not print your products until you have confirmed everything on the proof is correct.
Are the products dishwasher safe?
Product Care:

- Clean with mild non-abrasive soap and water
Are your products meant to be reused or disposable?
All of our products are made out of high-quality rigid plastic or high-quality thick glass and are meant to be keepsakes, not disposables. Our products are meant to be lifetime mementos of your special event!
What if my items come damaged?
We do our best to package all items so that they arrive to you safely without any damages. If your order has been damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with pictures of the broken items and the box they arrived in. We will then file a claim through our shipping provider. Claims will not be honored after 3 days of delivery date.
Can I return my personalized items?
We do not accept returns on personalized items. However, if there is a problem with your order please contact us.

When printing on black products, the deep black of the product tends to affect ink colors, making them several shades darker. Due to this, we recommend white, metallic silver, and metallic gold inks on black items - we can print other colors if you like, but the color will be darker/duller than what is shown on the ink color sheet - thank you for your understanding!

All mugs, steins, and cups with handles are automatically printed facing a right-handed drinker unless the buyer states otherwise

Glass items can sometimes have minor bubbles, this is not considered a defect and is in line with the industry standards.

Some items may have a slight difference in size when manufactured, and may not all be perfectly identical. Please note that our registration can shift from 0-.25".
