How do you personalize them? 

• USE YOUR OWN DESIGN OR COMPANY LOGO - If you have your own design, email it to graphics.leskoent@windstream.net before purchasing and we will let you know if it is possible.  We prefer Adobe Illustrator/EPS files, but we can get almost anything to work- jpeg, Microsoft Word, Tiff, etc. 
   
• LET US DESIGN IT! - Just email graphics.leskoent@windstream.net with your design concept and our professional graphic design artists will create something for you!
   

I Purchased The Item- Now What? 
Within 24 hours (On Weekdays) of your order being placed, we will email you an example of your customized artwork for you to approve based on your design emailed to us atgraphics.leskoent@windstream.net. We cannot begin production until this proof is approved, as it is you agreeing that your order is being done correctly. We are not responsible for changes requested after production has started or is completed. Thank you!


How long will it take?
We ship UPS Ground which takes 1 to 6 days to deliver.  Standard production time is 10 business days from payment and artwork approval.  Please also account for shipping time.  We will email you your tracking # after it ships

SHIPMENTS TO CANADA: 
It is the buyer's responsibility to account for any duties and/or taxes, while ensuring compliance with Customs regulations in Canada.
